Are you at a crossroads?

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,

It is remarkable the difference a single choice can make to the outcome of our lives.
Some people live all their lives regretting choices they have made as they have had to live with the disastrous consequences.
It has rightly been said that decisions determine destiny!
The wonderful thing about God is that He is a good shepherd who guides us along a good path that leads to a life of blessing. He offers us the same choice as He did many years ago to the children of Israel. He offers us a choice between life and death, between blessings and curses.
Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.” In Jesus God is showing us the pathway to Himself and to eternal life.
When Jesus died on the cross he took upon Himself our sins so that He can remove the destructive effects of sin from us. All He asks us to do is leave the road of sin and choose Him as an alternative. When we put our faith in Him we receive forgiveness for our sins and enter the pathways of life and blessing. Perhaps you already know Jesus but you sense that it is time to take new steps down the road of destiny into all He has planned for your life.
As a local church we feel like God has brought us to a Jordan River of destiny and decision. We feel like we are standing on the brink of the inheritance that God promised long ago. We do not want to stay the way we are. We do not want to stay where we are. We want to have the courage to embrace the change and to follow the path God has chosen for us.
